Sherwood Wellbeing & Yoga Studio The hub for yoga, massage and wellbeing in Queenstown. Sherwood Yoga studio is located on the banks of Lake Wakitipu in Queenstown, NZ.

We offer daily yoga at various times throughout the day. Experience Hatha Flow, Dynamic Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Pilates at our boutique eco-studio. Be guided by lululemon ambassador Ayumi Gallagher and Queenstown's only Ashtanga instructor Katie King. Suited for all levels, from beginners to athletes looking for a personalized yoga practice overlooking our organic garden, bike track amidst the mountains of Queenstown.

This small group immersion (maximum 6 women) includes:

• Embodied Yoga – A practice to support internal coherence and harmony.
• Sauna Ritual – Begin with guided breath before settling into quiet warmth to unwind and elevate wellbeing.
• Women’s Circle + Tea – Optional sharing as we hold compassionate sanctuary together.

This experience is intentionally limited to six participants to create depth, safety, and meaningful connection.
