Face Yoga Session
Come as you are and join our circle for 45 minutes of kindness, intention and presence.
We’ll begin by calming the mind before moving into soothing face yoga practices using a little oil and the warmth of our own hands (oil provided). Through gentle, rhythmic movements, you’ll be guided to release tension we so often carry in the face, encourage circulation, hydrate the skin, and awaken your natural glow from within.
But this session is about more than the face. It’s an invitation to pause, breathe together, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and each other in a mindful and nourishing way 💛
