I can’t believe I’m saying goodbye to this amazing studio that has been my home for so many years.
Nadi was where I got my very first class after completing my training over 10 years ago.

Before that, I was studying to be an actress — and in many ways yoga feels similar to the experience of acting in a theatre play. Each class is live, unique, unrepeatable, shaped by the energy of the moment. What happens in that space, what we create and leave behind together, can never be recreated.

That’s one of the things I love most about guiding a class — it lives only in that moment.

Hi everyone!
I’m excited to announce and invite you to my Spring Mini retreat this coming September.
The concept is pretty much like a mini staycation as we will be surrounded by the beautiful views of Lake Hayes not too far from your home.
A day to move, reflect, relax and eat yummy food.
Everything in the retreat is well thought out and tailored for you to feel you can disconnect to reconnect.
My friend will be cooking for us healthy delicious food again and believe me when Hinano is cooking you don’t want to miss out!
