Itās been a long season of wintering for me. Iāve turned inward, nurturing the very essence of my being. Now, with springās arrival, I feel myself gently emerging ā and what better way to tend to my soul than a solo date at Pumula in Raglan. This sanctuary, tucked amongst native bush, offers yoga, an eco sauna, and a natural spring plunge pool. The space was so thoughtful, intentional, and dreamy ā it truly felt like stepping into another world.
The moment I arrived, my nervous system softened. I flowed with the bubbling stream beside me, rested into the birdsong, and let the sunshine kiss my face. I moved through a grounding Hatha practice, then surrendered inward with a private sauna and cold plunge session to complete my ritual.
It felt like a homecoming to my wairua ā a reminder that tending to our inner Wild Woman begins with presence, nature, and deep self-nurture. šæš§
