Our team finish up this evening and reopen 29th December.

✨ Meet the Physio’s ✨

We are excited to welcome Lebo to the Raglan Physio team.

Lebo moved to New Zealand in 2012 to pursue her passion for physiotherapy at the University of Otago. Since then, she’s been dedicated to helping people recover, rebuild, and return to the activities they love-whether that’s sport, work, or simply enjoying everyday life.

Lebo has a special interest in treating sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. She combines manual therapy with tailored exercise programs to deliver effective treatment in a supportive and motivating environment. Her approach centres on empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.

Outside the clinic, Lebo lives life to the fullest- staying active, connecting with friends, and embracing the journey of life! She’s excited to continue growing her passion for physiotherapy in the vibrant and scenic town of Raglan.

Blood flow resistance training…it’s a thing!

An amazing piece of equipment for those struggling with muscle weakness due to…arthritis, injury, operation, high levels of pain or chronic pain.

These babies are strapped on above the muscles you are targeting to strengthen. The partial occlusion of blood flow enables a physiological response leading to muscle hypertrophy (increase in muscle size) and thereby increasing muscle strength.

An ingenious rehabilitation tool with limited access in NZ and we are very excited to be able to offer this as part of our rehab packages.

✨ Meet the Physios ✨

Introducing the lovely Chloe to our magic team…

Chloe graduated from AUT University in 2015. She began her career at Waikato Hospital and worked across a number of areas including; inpatient rehabilitation, orthopaedics, burns, outpatients and respiratory.

For the last few years Chloe has worked in the community with people of all ages and walks of life. Chloe is passionate about helping her clients improve their health and return to the things they enjoy.

She has a strong interest in neurological conditions and neurological rehab.

Chloe and her partner live in Raglan with their three young children and when not working, Chloe loves spending time with her family and friends.

This service gives you prompt access to Physios, Occupational therapists, Specialists and other health professionals such as Psychologists and Maori health services if you need.

As this is an integrated service, the multidisciplinary team communicate and coordinate care to provide the most optimal outcomes for you.

and…as it is fully funded, you won’t even need to pay a surcharge!
