A day Cantabrians will never forget. 15 years have passed since the devastating earthquake, today we remember it, and will do for all the years to come. Optometry lost a colleague that day, Paul Dunlop. Doing what he loved, his passion for organs saw him voluntarily help remove one of the organs in the Methodist Church on Durham Street that fateful day. Paul, a highly respected Optometrist and a true gentleman, was sadly one of the casualties, one of the 185 souls that were lost. Today, with sadness, I remember you Paul, but grateful that I knew you and your kind heart personally. Kia haha to everyone, we were all impacted that day in one way or another, and remember it as if it was yesterday ❤️
