Christmas 2025, where has the year gone?
So much has happened here at Koru Wellness.
Matthew has returned from his sojourn in Europe and continues to work at the clinic on Mondays and Thursdays.
Virginia has completed her equine studies and is now dividing her appointment times between the clinic with our wonderful clients and out in the field with her equine friends.
Sarah and Quint have enjoyed a good year and continue to grow in their roles at the clinic.
We've also hired a part time receptionist to help carry the workload.

Virginia, Matthew, Sarah, Quint and Debbie wish you all well for the Christmas Season as we look forward to the New Year - 2026

Days become hectic at this time of year, organising the family, children finishing school and getting all those wee jobs done around the house.
Please remember to take care of yourselves - slow down, take time to breathe and ensure you are getting enough exercise as well as keeping hydrated.

It's the week before Christmas and the clinic has been getting very busy.
We still have a few appointment times available so if you need to address any aches and pains make sure you book in.
We want you to be in peak health as you enter the holiday season.

Hopefully the weather this year will continue to give us opportunities to spend time outdoors - playing games, a bit of relaxation and barbecues. Whatever you plan to do, ensure you look after yourselves and enjoy the holiday season.

Did you know we treat young babies and mothers during and after pregnancy?

If your newborn has colic, trouble feeding or difficulty settling, osteopathy might be the answer.

Sarah and Matthew share an interest in helping mums and babies. Both have attended courses to gain further knowledge and expertise in the treatment of mums and babies.

The Team at Koru Wellness want to officially acknowledge Virginia completing her equine qualifications.
Virginia has worked extremely hard to become an equine osteopath and she is excited to have the privilege of working with horses - a passion she truly enjoys.
