After having a relaxing soak in the hot pools yesterday we headed home. A massive shout out and thank you to Clare, Sue and Courtney for their assistance in massaging some of the tired bodies crossing the finish line. Also a huge congratulations to all the competitors including our very own Louise.

Hello everyone. We will be closed on Friday 12th for the weekend and will reopen again on Monday 15th. Louise and I are heading off to Tekapo to work at the annual event - Merrell Race Tekapo. It's great fun and a bit of a mini break. Fingers crossed the weather plays it part! It's not looking too good at this stage for race day on the Saturday.

After a well earned break we are back in the clinic tomorrow.
We take this opportunity to welcome Silvia Herrera to our H2T team.
Originally from Chile, she gained her professional qualification as a physiotherapist, working in different areas of rehabilitation as well as training in massage therapy.
Silvia incorporates different techniques of myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger points, mobilization, stretching and relaxation to provide the treatment that best meets each person’s needs. She also enjoys offering Pregnancy massage.
Silvia will be available on Wednesdays.
