First time I had 8 hours of sleep in a row last night for 12 months!
Strangely I didn't actually notice until I was calculating Maea's collective sleep hours this morning.
You may wonder how on earth I didn't notice getting more sleep than my body is usually use to based on how I felt?
It's because for the last three years I have been intentionally working on my energy every single day so regardless of how my sleep hours stack I have felt good in my body.
