✨ What actually happens in a Reiki session? ✨
This is one of the most common questions I get—and it’s such a good one 🤍
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice that supports your body to relax, reset, and come back into balance.
During a session, you’ll lie comfortably (fully clothed) in a calm, quiet space. I’ll place my hands lightly on or just above different areas of your body, allowing energy to flow where it’s needed most.
There’s nothing you need to do. No pressure to “feel” anything or be a certain way.
Some people feel:
🌿 deeply relaxed (like a meditative state)
🌿 warmth or gentle tingling
🌿 emotional release
🌿 or simply a sense of calm and stillness
Others just enjoy the time to switch off—and that alone is powerful.
Reiki works with your nervous system, helping your body shift out of stress mode and into a place where healing and restoration can happen naturally.
Every session is different, because every person is different.
