Here’s a resource you can print and fill out. It’s a simple tool to help you reflect on what makes you feel loved—and also what helps the people around you feel loved.

The idea is that when you know this, you can put your energy into showing love in ways that truly connect, rather than spending it where it doesn’t land as deeply.
