Movement is medicine! Functional movement and rehabilitation need to integrate in order to co-ordinate. It is near impossible to single out a particular muscle or muscle group which is a trend in exercise and rehabilitation. The body is organised as a whole for movement.

Stop treating the body like separate pieces. It's one powerful, connected system. This is foundational to the Clinical Pilates treatment method.
