To align with the Winter Solstice, we are delighted to offer sunrise yoga with 108 Sun Salutations on Sunday 22nd June. It will be held at Ramaroa, a stunning venue in Queen Elizabeth Park on the beautiful Kāpiti Coast at 7am.

After he have welcomed the sun, the perfect way to end our celebration is with our home-prepared breakfast/brunch - porridge with a selection of nuts and dried fruits, yoghurt and or milk along with frittata and fresh bread, avocados and tomatoes will also be available. If you have any dietary requirements please let me know.

This three hour event is a perfect way to celebrate mid-winter and the promise of longer days. To secure your place please message me or email whakaorayoga@gmail.com.
