We are still integrating the extra light and energy from the equinox and recent solar activity. The body doesn’t adjust instantly — it takes time.

Under the Cancer Moon, it’s the emotional body that highlights where energy may feel stuck.

This can show up as sensitivity, fatigue, or unexpected emotional waves.

Nothing is wrong.
The system is recalibrating.

Pisces season has been gently guiding us back to the emotional body.

On the yoga mat, come into a Low Lunge (Anjaneyasana).

Hands to heart.
Gaze lowered.

This creates stability through the lower body while drawing awareness inward. The lowered gaze helps quiet the mind and connect to something deeper.

But here’s the key:

Intentions set only in the mind don’t take root.

They need the support of the emotional body.

This is Pisces’ teaching — to feel into what you want to create, not just think about it.

Add a positive emotional response:

Excitement.
Calm belief.

This is what fertilises the seeds.

On the yoga mat, try Bellows Breath (Bhastrika) to release tension in the small muscles between the ribs.

When the upper body is tight, the breath becomes shallow.
And when the breath is shallow, the nervous system stays alert.
