With the Sagittarius Moon, we’re invited to zoom out and recognise the bigger patterns at play. One action leads to another. Small corrections prevent larger imbalances. Nothing is random when we pay attention.

This is reflected beautifully in repairs and maintenance — tending to the home and the body. Feng Shui teaches that when we fix what’s broken and clear what’s is stuck, energy flows more freely. The same applies internally.

This phase is about resetting the nervous system. The push eases. The urgency softens. What’s left is information — not demands.

A helpful question to sit with is this:
Are the things that feel imperative right now new, or are they old stories resurfacing?

Old stories don’t need solving again.

In yoga, this is the relationship between yin and yang.

To gain clarity about which actions are truly aligned, we often need to stop moving first. Stillness reveals what motion alone cannot.

With the Moon in Virgo, light is being shone on our daily habits — especially the ones we perform automatically. Habits can quietly support us… or quietly undo us when they become mindless.

As energy begins to ramp up again, it’s these small, consistent practices that help us keep showing up — for ourselves first, and then for others.

For me, yoga as a daily routine is that habit.

Today is the Full Moon — the peak of this lunar cycle.

Energy is strong, illuminated, and fully present. Under the Leo Moon, we’re invited to lead from the heart — not through performance or force, but through alignment and authenticity.

A gentle but important reminder today:
we can only radiate energy outward when our lower energy centres are flowing freely.
• Chakra 1 — feeling safe, secure, and supported

Leo is ruled by the Sun, and with today falling on Sunday — the Sun’s day — this Full Moon carries extra clarity. What’s being revealed now isn’t random. It’s showing you what wants to be lived more fully.
