Walking works. Research consistently shows that regular walking benefits both our physical and mental health. Studies have found that people who walk for about 20 minutes, five times per week, take on average 43% fewer sick days than those who do not move regularly. 🚶‍♂️🌿

This week we celebrate the incredible wāhine who make up the heart of Rimu Chiropractic Studio.

Sunday was International Women’s Day - we recognise the fabulous women on our team who bring compassion, skill, and strength to everything they do. From caring for our patients and supporting families, to creating a welcoming space where our community feels seen, heard, and supported — their impact reaches far beyond the studio walls.

Every day they help people towards moving better, feeling stronger, and living healthier lives. But just as importantly, they help build the sense of connection and care that makes our community special.

We’re so grateful for the dedication, kindness, and expertise these amazing women bring to Rimu Chiropractic Studio.

For the month of March we encourage you to move a little more. Get active to and from your appointment. This could be walking or biking from home, or simply parking a little further away from our Studio to sneak in some extra movement.
