We have made some changes to the way operate here at Murray McGeorge Toy Library. This is to benefit both our Whānau and our volunteers, by stream lining how we are charging for the use of our service.

We are now scrapping toy hire fees and instead our membership fees are increasing to $60 for a year.

This membership allows you to hire 5 toys for up to 2 weeks at a time.

For our current members, your membership fees will increase at your annual renewal.

We are open to feedback and if you have concerns please reach out to us via this page or email.

We hope you all see the benefit that our hardworking volunteers see in this change.

Wow, we say this every year but how are we in December already?
We only have today (6th December) and next Saturday 13th left for 2025.

Come grab some toy hires to last you over the silly season.

Needing a present for a child or family? A toy library membership is only $20 for the year which gives you $1 toy hires.

(No hidden requirement for volunteering shifts (unless you want to join our volunteer group).

Today is World Sustainable Toy Day.

Toy library’s are such a wonderful way to explore a range of toys. We are especially lucky to get toy donations from members of our direct and wider community.

Got a board game loving child at home and want to explore some new games?? We have a range of different games for you to try out (this is a small selection). From ages 3 -8 years.

Open Saturday 8th from 2pm-4pm.

Memberships $20 for a year for a family with toy hires being $1 for 2 weeks (longer over summer holidays).

We have had some wonderful donations by members recently and all these toys are available to hire.
Our hire rates are $1 a toy or 50 cents a puzzle.
