Mauri ora ki a tātou katoa e te iwi nui tonu o Hokianga.

All whānau of Hokianga are warmly invited to join us for a day of healing, connection, and meaningful kōrero.

✨ On the day:
• Acupuncturist
• 5 Pou Rongoā practitioners
• Wai Rongoā / Whakaora (Kangen Water)
• Tūru mirimiri — Mirimiri massage chairs
• Space for healing connections and shared kōrero

No appointment needed — come as you are and reconnect.

Join us for a trauma‑sensitive, community wellbeing programme for all ages and bodies, grounded in breath, movement, reflection, and connection.

Participants are encouraged to listen to their own bodies and move at their own pace.
You’re welcome to pause, restart, or rejoin whenever you feel ready.

This programme is designed to be safe, gentle, flexible, and participant‑led.

🥇Huge congratulations to this year’s champions — Kohukohu Clinic, taking out the top spot as Team Kiwa
🥈 Mangamuka & Panguru Clinics joined forces as Team Manga Panga and came through strong in second place
🥉 Taheke Clinic secured third with Team Taheke

As a result, booked appointments have been rearranged.
