Before the year closes I just wanted to thank everyone for your support on my business this year! 🙏🏻

Especially your patience as I’ve been navigating the season of motherhood with IVF, Pregnancy, My toddlers Autism diagnosis and having a newborn 😅

I am excited to get back to business next year and I’ll be offering all my treatments and services from 1st April 2026 in my new premises as well as providing some exciting new treatments! (Watch this space 👀)

In case you haven’t already heard the news, 10 days ago we welcomed a beautiful healthy baby boy into the world via emergency c-section named ‘Sonny’ ☀️

Whilst I’m taking some much needed time off for maternity leave we are busy behind the scenes building my new treatment space for when I’m able to return back to work…watch this space ✨😊

A big thank you Reefton Community for your on-going support! This week has been my busiest week ever with over 50 clients booked In! And now it’s time to put my very swollen feet up! 😅

Business is now temporarily closed and I’ll keep you all posted on baby news and when I’m able to start things up again! 😊

Soulful Sundays- Community Guided Meditation & Sound experience 🌀

A Monthly wellbeing experience of Meditation & Sound healing (first Sunday of the month) allowing you to surrender, release & reset ready for the new month ahead.

We will start our journey together with some breathwork and guided yoga nidra meditation, this is a full body scan allowing you to tune into your body, connect with your chakras and drop into a deep relaxed state.

Next we will move into our sound bath using Quartz Crystal chakra sound bowls tuned to 432hz- the frequency of healing.

Sound medicine is scientifically shown to shift brainwaves from the busy Beta state to the deeply restorative Alpha and Theta states. These sound vibrations support the body’s natural healing ability, helps to regulate the nervous system and soothe the soul.

Everyone welcome and no experience needed. Just bring along something to lie on (such as a yoga mat) a blanket & pillow. Please wear something warm and comfy. You may wish to bring a water bottle.

After our journey together a cup of cacao will be available to purchase for $6. Please bring your own mug along if you wish to stay for this. ✨✨
