Meet Rosie
Passionate about yoga & movement for children. Rosie blends yoga, breath, play & mindfulness with a lifelong love of nature, storytelling & games.
By exploring mindful movement these workshops are designed to inspire the freedom, creativity & confidence that comes from feeling good in your own skin.
Rosie loves what she does, weaving elements of fun & imagination into every class while guiding children to discover their own inner calm.
As a mother of two daughters Rosie believes that empowering children through yoga from an early age can create a force for positive change.
