Julie here! Thought I'd share a little recipe I've used over and over with multiple variations, dependent on how I feel and what I had in the cupboard! Had my little mini cook with me making these!
Alana & I enjoy them at work with some Avocado, Tomato, Feta Cheese and a generous sprinkling of cracked Pepper and sea salt. Delicious!!

Here's the recipe!

1⁄3 cup Almond or GF Flour of your choice.
1⁄3 cup Sunflower seeds
1⁄3 cup Pumpkin seeds
1⁄3 cup Flaxseed or Chia seeds (I use both)
1⁄3 cup Sesame seeds
1 tbsp ground Psyllium husk powder
1 tsp Sea salt
¼ cup melted Coconut oil
1 cup boiling water

I also use a range of Herbs/Spices depending on how I feel.
These ones had Garlic powder Paprika, Cracked Pepper & Parmesan.
Turmeric, Cumin & Chili also works well or Rosemary, Thyme & Sage together!

Instructions-
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add boiling water and oil. Mix together well.
Keep mixing until it it thickens & forms a ball, a gel-like consistency.
Place mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Add another paper on top and use a rolling pin to flatten the mixture evenly. The thinner it is, the crisper it is.
Remove the upper paper & bake for about 40-45 minutes, check occasionally, don't let it burn!
Once cooked, turn off oven & leave in to dry out till completely cooled.
Break in to pieces & keep in an airtight container, make sure they're COMPLETELY cool, you don't want to lose the crisp!

So many options , nuts, dried fruit, seeds, herbs, I've even added super greens in before!

We always strive to support local as much as we can & we do love her passion & huge wealth of knowledge as well as the quality goods she provides.
Currently we have in her sort after Tea Tree Nasal Sprays which are created with a NZ Grown, Certified Organic Tea Tree hydrosol (Water based).

This spray may assist with multiple issues including:
Post nasal drip
Sinus congestion
Inflammation caused by allergies & hay fever
Head colds

Can also be used to as a natural barrier to protect against airborne pathogens, think on flights/travel etc.
