Happy 2026 to all, I hope it has got off to a good start, & you have promised the best intentions to prioritise health, well-being, & filling your own cup for this year.
As for me, I really feel blessed to be living my dream profession, its my passion to help & heal, however it also provides me the tools treat myself…my body has been through a bit, running ironman hip operation, but I know how to look after myself.
Lately over the last month Ive been suffering from headaches … they are getting really intense & more regular, self massage didn’t cut it….what is going on?? Umm…then I remembered I had a fall whilst out running a few weeks back, I woke with stiff neck & sore shoulder, didnt think too much of it at the time but….as I know in the past, with injuries they can manifest into pain & tension after a few weeks, then its time to book in massage/chiro, if you in pain go get a massage, if it presists it might be a good idea to see a chiro or osteopath for undying issues. We work with each other. Doctors for pain relief but really, they won’t treat the problem. Take care of your health & wellness…physically, mentally & emotionally. 🙌🤗😇🙏🫶
