Meet Gayle, our latest Hearing Hero!

For years, Gayle quietly nodded along in conversations, missing out on truly connecting with those around her. But after meeting Audiologist Carol Crowther at Brenna Sincock Hearing, she realised just how much she had been missing.

“I honestly thought hearing aids would be awkward and uncomfortable, but they’re not,” says Gayle. Now, with her new hearing aids, she can hear everything from voices in noisy cafés to the details of daily life. “I can even keep my TV at a volume that can’t be heard outside!” Gayle laughs, happy to reconnect with the world around her.

Gayle encourages anyone struggling with hearing loss to consider how hearing aids could change their life too. Her journey is a reminder of how life-changing it can be to rediscover the joy of hearing clearly again. ❤️👂

Born and raised in Christchurch, I moved to Rolleston 4 years ago with my family. My husband and I, along with our four sons, aged 1-7 years really enjoy the community feel of the area, and we are happy to call Rolleston our home.

With over 8 years’ experience in the Audiology field, specializing in adult diagnostics and hearing aids, I love working with clients to improve their hearing and quality of life, and I am excited to be able to bring my expertise to Selwyn locals.
