We’re wrapping up the year with a festive night of movement, connection and good energy. Your $10 entry gives you access to every class, all activities and our communal sauna running hot all night.

As we head into the silly season, we’re opening the studio for a free 5-week Sunday series to help you slow down, move your body and breathe a little easier.

🗓 Sundays 4–5pm

You can book one class or book them all – totally up to you.
These sessions are gentle, feel-good flow + guided breathwork, perfect for all levels (including beginners).
