The snow was lovely to wake up to, but is all gone now! Did anyone get some fun photos?

🌨 Snow showers are falling down to sea level in parts of north Canterbury this morning, including Christchurch!

⛄ One of our meteorologists woke up to this view in Rolleston.

❄ It's been snowing overnight in Dunedin as well, and much of the city is blanketed in white.

🥶 Hail and sleet showers have been happening this morning in Wellington, falling as snow at higher elevations.

☀ Skies are expected to clear up to fine weather for most of NZ this afternoon, but the chilly air is going to hang on for a little while as high pressure moves in.
