Let’s cut the bu****it around “we all have the same 24 hours in a day.”

We don’t.

Some people wake up early, sip fancy coffee, go for beach walks, hit the gym, and film a “day in the life” — often without kids, without mental load, without the chaos.

Meanwhile, other women are:

• Navigating kids’ tantrums

TJ joined us back in September 2024 and since then he has lost 8kg and gained a whole lot of muscle 💪 He’s hitting PB’s in his training and feeling good internally and externally!

TJ has been one of the most genuine, dedicated, committed, consistent, hard working and motivated clients we’ve had.

Every week he surprises us with his achievements for the week. He completes every workout, he hits his meals daily and he’s forever spreading positivity and kind words! ✨

13kg of growth over a couple of months

When you talk about an unstoppable force that chooses to push himself to the limits continously then Matt comes to mind. This guy is 20 years old and trained with Giacardo in Christchurch for awhile but literally everything you put him through he just gets it done. No excuses just gives his best everyday and the results speak for themselves.

Hannah joined us beginning of November and our main focus has been on nutrition. Making sure she hits her protein target and is fuelling her body with the right foods to train hard 😤

Safe to say the consistency and small changes we have made so far is making a huge difference to not only her internal wellbeing and training but her aesthetics too 💪🙌

We have loved having you on the team these past few weeks BUT we are far from done and I am so excited to see what the next few weeks/year brings 💯🔥
