Sharing this from my Foxy For Life page —
this is the kind of content I am creating
over there.

When I moved to New Zealand, I worked in a health shop and I predominately I saw two kinds of customers.
Those that came into the shop asking, "where do I start?" - they wanted to feel better and needed to cope better, but they were overwhelmed, not sure what they needed.
Others came in asking for the supplement they'd recently heard about on a podcast or seen advertised everywhere, hoping that it was exactly what they needed, that it easily would solve their health concerns.
Both are completely understandable.
And neither is wrong.
But here's what I observed time and again:
Without having solid foundations in place, even the best targeted supplement will only ever do a fraction of what it's capable of.
You can spend a significant amount on something highly specific - and feel very little benefit, simply because your body doesn't yet have the basics that it needs to respond.
Think of it like building a house.
You wouldn't skip the foundations because you were excited about the interior design.
The foundations are what make everything else work.
After 25 years as a Natural Medical Practitioner, my starting point is always the same.
Three things:
🌿 A quality multivitamin - not a supermarket brand
🌿 Omega 3 - the foundational element that most women are significantly deficient in
🌿 An adaptogen for stress - because a depleted nervous system undermines everything else
These aren't exciting.
They're not getting much podcast airtime.
But they are the difference between a body that can respond to support — and one that can't.
Over the next two weeks I'm going to break each of these down -what they do, why quality matters, and what you're missing without them.
Because building your foundations isn't just about feeling better today.
It's about buying yourself resilience for everything midlife brings.
👉 The three products I personally recommend are waiting in the Foxy Shop — link in bio.
