This is how I imagine how the access bars work, the locks are the blocks, and the light is our vibrational level. In this impulsive world, it is difficult to notice the slow-flowing things, but even after the first time, great changes and lightness enter your life. Can you imagine what can happen if you regularly maintain yourself not only physically and mentally, but also energetically? The world is amazing place !🥰😃

Kia Ora, amazing people!

I want to thank everyone who was at the Selwyn Health and Wellness Expo on May 26th! It was fantastic to meet all the participants and exhibitors! This community is incredibly awesome, and I'm grateful to be a part of it!
