17 years has gone bye way to fast. Today I said goodbye to Smiles Natural Therapies. It has been great in meeting and treating the most amazing characters. You have made me a better person knowing all of you.

Big thanks to all of you who’ve endured my sarcasm and ranting this year—you’re the real MVPs. In case you’ve been snooping around my Google page and noticed it says "temporarily closed," let me clear that up for you: it’s not the end of the world. It just means I’m closed to new clients (sorry, fresh blood).

What does this mean for you, my loyal crew? Absolutely nothing! You’re stuck with me, ranting, sarcasm, and all. Lucky you, right?

When you get a Liz Frizzell Massage you think to yourself I should never ever wait this long again. Then you realize that you seen her last week and she just found somewhere else on the body to torture you at. But it all fair in the massage game because I torture right back.
I love that feeling you can move more freely, and you can't touch the muscles for a couple of days afterwards without thinking of Liz.

Ok it going to happen March 1st treatment prices are going up.
85 for hour and 60 for 30 mins
I can recognise that raising my prices my cause issues to some of my clients, I have tried to cut cost as much as possible.
