Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

This time next week we will be at Into The Vortex 2025. Annette, Raeleen, Claire and myself will be there to do an intro to Reiki, do a group Reiki circle and then offering a form of Reiju (blessing) to those who are keen.
Super excited to be there on behalf of Reiki NZ Inc and being part of another amazing event.

Has been a big week in between but finally getting a chance to say a huge thank you to Aroha Essence Festival for having Annette, Rae and myself as a part of the festival on behalf of Reiki NZ Inc .
A truly beautiful festival with amazing people, music, food and endless opputunities for wellness, healing and expansion.
