Today's topic is self sabotage!
Isn't it just the worst? We do it all the time without even realizing it and then are left to deal with the consequences.

I implore you, take back your thought patterns, take back your feelings and create new actions that are congruent with your self!

Not your Ego, screw that guy. He's holding you back from what you really want. Yes, it will be scary. Yes, you might get hurt.

But nothing hurts more than knowing that you were the one preventing that next step forward.

Sometimes we just have to say “no” when we don’t agree or don’t want to do something, even if it means whoever you’re saying no to takes it negatively.

That is their problem and not yours. Stand by your beliefs and feelings, you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone and definitely don’t have to justify how you feel.
Everybody is different, we don’t have to cater to everyone all the time otherwise you won’t have anything left for yourself.

Just follow that feeling in your gut, it’s there for a reason.
