Start Date: 17th April - 8th July (12+ Weeks)
Start Scan Dates: Saturday 15th - Tuesday 18th April
Mid-Point Scans: Saturday 20th - Tuesday 23rd May
End Scan Dates: Saturday 1st - Tuesday 4th July
3 Wānanga Dates: Weekends of; May 6th/ 7th, May 27th/ 28th, June 17th/ 18th,
DK23 Events: Saturday 8th July, 2023
DK23 Challenge Conditions;
- Agree to the T&Cs of DK23 Challenge
- Complete the DK23 Expression of Interest Form Closes 13/ 04/ 23. Click the link below.

- Attend all scheduled Information Night, Scan dates, and Wānanga dates.
- Wānanga are only 1 day sessions with physical activity and Health Industry experts involvement.
- Limited to 100 maximum participants, open to all.
- If applicable or required, provide medical clearance certification from local GP
- NON-REFUNDABLE $50.00 Registration Fee, paid by Monday 17th April.

- Complete Post-DK23 Challenge Evaluation
DK23 Challenge Organisers;
- Maintain the right to select the successful DK23 participants.
- Have the authority to change any aspect or condition of the challenge.
DK23 Challenge Format
- 4 Teams, 1 Professional Coach per team. Up to 25 participants per team.
- DK23 App (in development) to distribute Challenge information and collate participant health results (InBody 770 & Garmin Watch Interface)
DK23 Challenge Measurements Categories
InBody 770 Scan Results*: Muscle Mass Gain/ Fat Mass & Visceral Fat Area Loss (*Based on Percentage Increase or Decrease).
Athletic Performance Test Results: (To be confirmed).
Inter-Team Competition Categories: (To be confirmed).
