BOSS (Beyond Ordinary Skin Studio) Aesthetics — formerly known as Strokes by Janine — has proudly been operating since 2020, now evolving under our GST-registered company name to better reflect the full scope of services we provide.
As our clinic has grown, it became important to align our name with what we truly offer. While Strokes by Janine was built on brow artistry (and other semi-permanent make up services like Lip Blush and Designer Eyeliner), our services now extend well beyond that, which include skin treatments, facials, advanced skin care, semi-permanent makeup, skin rejuvenation, cosmetic injectables, tox, dermal fillers, and skin boosters.
Using BOSS Aesthetics allows current and future clients to clearly understand that we are a comprehensive, nurse-led aesthetics clinic and not limited to brows alone.
Please allow me to repeat that: BOSS Aesthetics is not limited to brows alone.
It is also important to note that it is not difficult to distinguish between different businesses, such as Boss Brows and BOSS Aesthetics, as each operates with its own identity, services, and branding.
Our business name was registered and approved through the proper channels in New Zealand, and every step taken has been with the intention of operating transparently and professionally.
If there are ever any concerns, I am always approachable and open to respectful communication via text or direct message. My intention has never been to overstep or interfere with another business, but simply to grow my own in an ethical and honest way.
