Kia ora everyone..
I have had the pleasure of introducing a beautiful Rongoaa practitoner Victoria Elliott join my space here at Aroha Touch for the last few months.
Victoria is in on Fridays 9.30am till 2.30pm.

Victoria brings her beautiful wairua, skills & abilities of:
- Mirimiri - Physical and emotional restoration of the body and mauri (life force).

- Rongoaa – Working with traditional Maori medicine both internally and externally to align, balance and restore ones over all wellbeing.

- Holistic support – Tools & support applied in acknowledgment to every layer of your being.

I am a dedicated Rongoaa and mirimiri practitioner committed to the restoration and wellbeing of my clients. My work is guided through wairua (spirit), and my key focus is to maintain the mauri (life force).

I create a safe, nurturing space for others to release emotional, spiritual and physical discomfort and blockages. I support the clearing and realignment of energy, helping each person feel lighter, clearer and connected to themselves.

My approach is gentle, heart-led and grounded in manaakitanga (care). Every session is tailored to the needs of the individual allowing wairua (spirit) to help guide the process with the permission of each client bringing a deeply personal and transformative experience.

If you feel called to step into a space of healing and renewal, I welcome you with open hands and heart. Together we can clear the path, nurture your spirit and reconnect you with the light within.

My name is Aroha Phillips,

I am a dedicated Rongoā trainee assistant here at Aroha Touch.
I'm very passionate about traditional Māori healing. I'm currently studying to become a skilled practitioner, offering romiromi, rongoā, and other holistic massage services.

My goal is to provide natural health solutions that nurture tinana (body), hinengaro (mind), and wairua (spirit).

As a Rongoā trainee assistant, I'm committed to supporting others on their healing paths with compassion and care.

Kia ora

Wow we are nearly in March and time has just flown by.

Unfortunately over this week i was lifting and my back has been maemae and initiallh have had to take 3 days off. For the remaining week I have had to limit my appointments. Im 95% mended which i am so very grateful i can recover quickly.

This Monday 3rd of March I will be attending a kaupapa and will be closed for the day. All appointments will resume back to normal on Tuesday.

On Friday the 14th March till Monday 17th our roopu has been invited down to Plimmington to facilitate Romiromi Wananga with Wikitoria Maori Healing.
Aroha Touch will be closed over that period.

Have a brilliant weekend everyone thank you to all my kiritaki who were thoughtful and understanding of my time off this week.
