Things are coming together nicely for opening in a month. It’s bittersweet; I can’t wait to follow my passions and to work in the beautiful space at Body Headquarters, but I’m having to farewell my good friend Chrissie who is heading off on overseas adventures.

I look forward to working with anyone in Rotorua who is having difficulty with vertigo/dizziness; supporting women through their pregnancy and postnatal journey; and helping anyone suffering from pelvic health issues such as incontinence or prolapse.
