Sound and Shamanism Bodies are 80% water, constantly vibrating while we are on 'standby' Trauma causes cells to contract, bunching together & restricting the energy flow.

S&V is a form of inside out Healing, breaking up the blockages & moving the self healing energy through. After having worked in the area of Grief & Bereavement I moved into the Natural Healing Modalites. Studied Sound and Vibrational Healing in Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand with Rj Nobel, then 2 years of Shamanic Practioner work on line/in person with Scott Silverston Kau'ai, Hawaii. I am a New Zealander of mixed race, living between NZL and Australia. I've travelled extensively and currently studying Te Reo Māori (language) I love, reading, walking, music and super hero movies.
