Quick morning meditation before I start my day. Give it a go ✅ I meditate mainly first thing in the

Full moon energy today 💖 🌑

Perfect for releasing anything that’s pi**ed you off the last moon cycle or the last ten years if you’ve been going through trials and tribulations.

What the kids and I try and do every full moon is write down anything that’s been annoying or we’ve been overthinking about or people we want to let go of because of heartache and pain. We say a karakia and burn it in the fire and if you don’t have a fire make a little hole in the dirt and burn it in there. We go for dunks in the freezing spring water, hot soaks in the poly pools and limit device usage as much as possible. Rotorua is so beatiuful and we have lots of magical places around us.

The whole purpose of this is to get all that stuck energy out of your mind , body and soul. Be kind to yourself , go gentle around this time. Release tears and fears and focus on today as tomorrow never farken comes 🫣
