Before i took the opportunity to open FAT i always wanted to own my own business! Not just to have a business for money but to do something that actually contributed to society in the sense of health and well-being! Im not only doing both of those things but its also a little space in my corner of the world where i can connect with people and create true and genuine friendships, share the good news of christ all while helping them build up their temples (bodies)

I am well and truely blessed ✝️🤍

FAT acronym is faithful, available and teachable

My faith is in God and that the career pathway i have choosen will Glorify Him and help all people who walk through the doors physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually

I am available to be used by God bodly to help all those in need, weather that’s purely just having healthy food at hand, being a shoulder to cry on, a ear to hear, a place for sharing or most definitely having a laugh!

I am teachable! There is always space for learning and growth in the the business and word of God and i cannot wait to learn from and have conversations with others who come to the shop!

I can assure you my purest intentions are to take care of yous and give the best in all areas of wellness ~ my reason for being in business

As we celebrate Good Friday and Easter Monday, we are reminded of the profound love and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. In observance of these sacred days, our businesses down at the hub which includes FAT will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday to allow our team time for reflection and to spend with their loved ones.

We wish you all a blessed and joyous Easter season filled with love, hope, and renewal.
