Zary can't walk, can't lift his arms, has never run, never driven a car, has never had a friend, can't form sentences verbally, won't ever be a ufc champ - but in Saints Row or other games, he does and has them all. In that world he's the hero, the fighter, the tough guy (or gal depending on the mood). πŸ’₯

It's been a while - Zary has been out and about in the hot weather. He does get sore in his chair after a couple hours but he loves going for walks and on these hot days getting outside and having fun with the hose.
Uncle Matt came to visit. Nona is there half the week helping Zary and Mum, and spending one on one time with Zary. Zary is also finicky about food and will only eat it if mums prepared it. So Nona has to be sneaky.
Update: His birds were not good parents and didnt care for the eggs or chick properly. Mum tried to save one chick but it died a few days later.

Finally at age 18 Zary has been allowed pain relief stronger than panadol by a doctor. He has times of chronic pain and this has been a battle fought for a long time by mum to get him proper pain relief.
That's the thing with disability, you have to fight for everything for your loved one.
But Zary is happy in his new house which is rural with alot of room inside and out.
He stays up till 6am playing xbox alot πŸ™„ he has a character he plays which he calls 'bum crack girl' πŸ˜† he loves zombies, blood and gore and scarey games.

Winter, one of the family dogs. He looks scary but everyone on planet earth, and every dog is his buddy. Adores mum. Cries if separated πŸ™„ big Bubba. He complains if mum pats the other dog and will gently clamp onto mum's arm and pull her away lol.
He doesnt bark when anyone arrives, he runs to mum and whines to alert her. He loves Zary and barges in to see him. Sleeps with sister. Sticks his head in the bedrooms in the morning to see whose awake or you wake to him staring at you. Nona 😱 which makes Zary laugh.

Throwback to when Make a Wish granted Zary a day with Batman in Auckland when he was 9. He held Zarys hand all day. This lovely man also, weeks later, came to Rotorua and redecorated Zarys room for free as a surprise.
