I provide a healing technique based on a principle that can channel energy into my clients by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the your body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Michelangelo said it best when he said "to touch can be to give life." Scientific research has suggested that "therapeutic touch" (hands-on-healing) decreases stress-associated cortisol levels, and the frequency of agitated behaviours. What I know then, is that as a Reiki practitioner I can help to facilitate the client to go into a relaxed state of consciousness but it is the client who does the healing during the meditative state. There is something quite unique and magical that happens when you receive a reiki healing from me as a good Reiki practitioner, and words are extremely difficult to explain scientifically how it works or even why. My Clients have described their healings as a feeling of peace, calmness and their heaviness has been replaced with tranquillity.
