This is me (pretty scruffy🫣) JUST after my high intensity rebounding workout 🏋🏻♂️

So we are a collective of individuals came together under one roof to create a Wellness Centre - Bringing together our health backgrounds and aspiration to support local, small businesses whenever possible with a team of individuals who have brought their unique passions together to serve our community in all areas of wellbeing.
