Honour and listen to your body 💜 Your yoga, your way 💜
Yoga isn’t all feel good, but your body might be asking you to notice that something isn’t right for you. When it feels off - reflect and see what changes you need to make. Maybe it’s your practice, the way you are practicing, or maybe it’s something else going on for you.
Our practice doesn’t stay fixed in the past just as we don’t…if you’re feeling stuck in your practice, ask your teacher, there maybe some simple tweaks to bring back a practice that is more than just enjoyable, but can offer you a deeper transformation…

The light is coming. Wow what a glorious day here in Aotearoa. Kei te whiti te rā☀️.
Hineaupaki ( my mother’s name which means goddess of fine weather) is present. 🌻 Our re-cloaking Papatūānuku project is coming along nicely too. We replanted most of the land with natives- this uplifts the mauri ( life force) of the whenua - land, and our beautiful lake- Rotoruanui -a-Kahumatamomoe. Cat enjoys hunting mice in the baby ngahere and unfortunately gifting them to us too 😬
First photo is after a day of mahi in the garden- I have actually cleared weeds that were so big the sun didn’t shine through that area!
