As the seasons begin to shift, you may be feeling the call to nest, to take a breath, and to come back to yourself.
Nourish and Nest | Hoki ki te Mauri is my newest Yoga for Wāhine series- a gentle, strengthening and deeply supportive space created especially for you.
This offering is an invitation to:
✨ soften the effects of stress and busyness
✨ gently build supportive strength in your body
✨ reconnect with your breath, your rhythm, your mauri
Through a blend of restorative, mindful movement, simple strengthening practices, and guided deep relaxation, each session is designed to help you feel more grounded, more at ease, and more like you again.
This is not about perfection, pushing or striving.
It’s about nourishing what’s already within you — and creating space to simply be.
Whether you’re feeling tired, stretched thin, or just ready for a gentler way to move… you are welcome here.
🌿 This round includes:
• Gentle + strengthening yoga practices (accessible and supportive)
• A focus on nervous system regulation and restoration through breath and guided relaxation
• Practices you can return to in your own time, from home
We begin soon, and I would love to have you join us.

Cyclone Vaianu and the sky turns purple ☔️
I spent the cyclone making final touches to the new website, while the wind swirled around outside, I finished as it subsided, and gave us this beautiful purple haze sunset , colour matching my website!
I like to make it beautiful - even if most students are only there for the classes, being creative is in my bones and beauty has to be a part of everything I create, or else it just feels out of alignment somehow. The divine feminine does like to be seen. Beauty is a part of her energy.
I hope you are safe and dry where you are? We did okay, lost a few tree branches, and hopefully my garden has withstood the winds and Tawhirimatea has left me a few flowers! I will be out checking it later today.
It’s a break from yoga now until April 21st when a new round of Yoga for Wāhine begins. Hope to see you there. 💜
