• Reconnection to Wairua (Spirit) - Menopause can be an awakening time. Yoga provides space for reflection, meditation, and connecting to the deeper self — embracing this transition as sacred rather than something to endure.
I believe that the Ruahine is a woman at the peak of her power and wisdom. 💥
She contains the seed of the divine feminine, and has the collective wisdom of all the other stages of life as a wahine….

Kia ora e hoa mā ! Ko tēnei Te Wiki o te Reo Māori , me te whakamutunga o te wāhanga tuatoru o Yoga for Wāhine.
It’s Māori language week and the final week of our ‘lives’ for Yoga for Wāhine this term.
Te reo weaves through every class, ‘ahakoa he iti, he pounamu’, it maybe small, but it’s a treasure, and even if it’s just a kia ora or pōmarie it’s always awesome to hear te reo māori spoken back too…
Ngā mihi nunui ki a koe mo tō tautoko - thanks for your support in this kaupapa. The course isn’t full immersion or a māori language class, but an opportunity to ‘unite’ which is the tikanga of yoga.
Ka kite i te pō nei i te whariki e hoa mā. 🩷💚❤️🩵🧡💙💛💜 Ake Ake Ake !

Kia ora, welcome to our boutique yoga studio in Helensville.
Our classes are accessible to most people, you do not need to be fit or flexible to attend!
Yoga helps you to let go of stress, appreciate and lovingly look after your body, and reconnect with your essence.
We teach Yoga which incorporates Hatha and Restorative yoga principles, mindful breathing, deep guided relaxation, meditation and practices to help keep your mauri/ prana/ energy strong.
Our classes are Real yoga for Real people - just like you.
I have trained in yoga for beginners, advanced, pregnancy, deep relaxation and meditation, breath work and restorative yoga.
I am a māmā and a nanny, and two years ago closed my retail business of 20 years to focus on my teaching, learning te reo māori and studying rongoā -natural plant medicine, karanga, and mirimiri -traditional māori bodywork.
