Tomorrow we will be supporting World Sanfilippo Awareness Day (it's on Saturday the 16th). One of our staff has a son with this devastating disease, likened to terminal childhood dementia, which has no treatment or cure and a limited life span. Sadly, little Ollie has deteriorated so much since we first acknowledged this day a year ago.

If you're in store, we'll be wearing purple tutus. If you feel inclined (no expectations), we're taking donations for the Sanfilippo Children's Foundation, which will go straight to research for cures - this research is transferrable to adult dementia. We'll swap you for a Christmas choccy!
