Kawakawa is revered for its use in rongoā Māori (traditional Māori medicine) 🌿

Our Wai Whakaora (Restorative Journey) begins at Te Hihiri with our blessing stone 🪨

This mauri stone comes from Maketu, symbolising our connection to the whenua (land), our tūpuna (ancestors), and the spirituality of Māori culture.

Here, everyone is offered a karakia (blessing) to set a tone of restoration for the journey ahead, and release all stress, worries, and burdens of the world.
