Remember that daylight savings ends this Sunday.

So before you go to bed Sunday night,
shift clocks back 1 hour.
Your phones should automatically do this for you.

"Fall Back" means we turn our clocks back in Autumn (Americans call Autumn "Fall", which is why we say "fall" back in April, when it is Autumn in NZ 🍂 🍁).

We gain an hour, making it easier to wake up on colder mornings.

What a blast we had yesterday to celebrate the end of term 1! 🎉

DJ Mark, an ex-student who will be rejoining our whānau next term, put on an amazing disco 🪩.
Many danced, 1 Ākonga even showed us his breakdancing moves!

Pizza Hut Fairy Springs made our delicious lunch for us & gave us a discount for buying so many 🍕.

We had an Easter egg hunt🥚 with enthusiastic participations.
Thank you Whaea Róisín for organizing it.

So much fun!

We look forward to seeing Ākonga again on Monday the 13th of April when we reopen for term 2.
