This weekend the Silverdale U85 boys are taking on Massey in the championship final. The Art of Osteo has been a proud sponsor of this team for the last couple years and witnessed the hard work the boys put in week after week. After an undefeated season, this team deserve the title but Massey will bring their best so wishing our Silverdale boys all the best for Saturday. The Art of Osteo is excited to announce new opening hours! With our little boy starting school some of you may have noticed a change in clinic hours. Opening hours going forward are 9am to 2.15pm Monday to FRIDAY! Although the slightly earlier finish time, the addition of Friday does mean more weekly availability so hopefully shorter wait times for you!

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and happy new year from the Art of Osteo. It is at this time of the year that we can take a breath and reflect back over 2024. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, stories and loyalty this year. You all make it very easy for me to love my job.
