Complimentary Small Group Training – Limited Availability
Are you in your 40s or 50s and looking to improve your strength, fitness, and overall wellbeing?
We are offering 2 complimentary 30-minute training sessions per week as part of a structured 4-week program at Waiwai Drive, Milldale.
Program Details:
• Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays
• Time: 6:00pm – 6:30pm
• Group Size: Maximum of 4 participants
• Format: Combination of strength and cardiovascular training
• Requirement: Attendance at both sessions is essential
This is an excellent opportunity to experience personalised coaching in a supportive, small-group setting.
