Financial Well-Being Workshop

Financial Well-Being is an important aspect in our overall health and well-being. Our well-being needs are evolutionary - ever-changing - and reach across the spectrum of physical, mental and spiritual health.

Our health in these areas is impacted by and makes an impact on our relationships with ourselves, others and the financial situations we find ourselves in. So it holds true that to have a healthy measure of Financial Wellbeing will hold us all in good stead.

In this workshop Helen will be sharing her 5 keys system for looking at financial well-being and we will be able to work that through as an overview.
You will receive practical steps in reviewing your financial position, and how you can take some positive action in reducing your financial stress.
