This weekend while you're all sitting down watching the All Blacks in RWC final our 3 amazing physios will be running the half marathon at the Barfoot & Thompson Auckland Marathon.

Karen will be lining up in the women's elite field while Eve and Amy will be running their first half marathons while also raising money for the Starship Foundation.

Looks like we’re in for another downpour! We’ve already seen how well our communities rally to help those at risk of flooding, we hope everyone stays safe out there. If you are unable to attend an appointment today due to the conditions please just contact the clinic, leave a message 09 9590211 or email millwater@peakpilates.co.nz and we will reschedule as soon as possible.
We will be monitoring the forecast in regards to this evening appointments and be in touch with anyone this affects.

Brad has arrived at work and all power is on. However the Silverdale traffic lights (HBC Highway / Whanga Rd) are out so if you're planning of attending classes or physio today it may pay to come via Red Beach Rd if you live on the Peninsula.

With the extreme weather we are experiencing due to cyclone Gabrielle, if you feel unsafe to attend any Pilates classes or Physio appointments you have Monday please reply to your Ezybook or Cliniko confirmation email if you choose to cancel.

We endeavour to run our classes as per normal and will contact clients directly if we need to cancel any sessions.
