In this moment, when this photo was taken,
I was simply holding space for her body and energy to do what it already knows how to do.

Straight away I felt her heart clearing as she was coming back into balance - it took less than a minute.

That’s the magic of this work.

The energy moves fast, the body softens, the light awakens.

Before this group healing even began, my body started to vibrate. It was like my cells knew what was about to happen and they powered up, humming with an intensity I couldn’t ignore.
The energy surged through me, opening every channel of light in my system. My hands felt alive with energy, my heart expanded, and ia higher current of frequency was preparing to pour through.

This photo was taken right after I facilitated a group Sentaura Healing at a festival ✨
The energy was flowing, and my whole being was buzzing with joy doing what I love.

Confidence isn’t about forcing yourself to look or act a certain way, it’s about letting your natural frequency radiate when you’re aligned with what you love. When you’re in that state, it shows. It’s effortless.

That moment reminded me how powerful joy is as a guide. When you follow the pull of what lights you up, your confidence rises naturally, and others can feel it too.

Here’s to more moments of unapologetic joy, deep presence, and living in alignment with what makes our souls come alive.

My frequency is my boundary.
No words are needed, my frequency sets the parameters.
My energy decides what I allow in, and what I don’t.

Over the years I’ve taught students and clients many techniques, this one is still my favourite.

A powerful practice that builds strong energetic scaffolding.

I do this practice each day - try it: Close your eyes, Hum or tone until your body vibrates and you feel your energy expand. The resonance tunes your cells, elevates your vibe and pushes density out of your field.

When I hold myself in higher resonance, my field speaks for me.

Energetic sovereignty isn’t about walls, it’s about expanded radiance and your capacity to hold a higher frequency.

The stronger the resonance of your frequency, the stronger your boundaries.

There are other quantum techniques I’ll share with you soon.
