Humidly and body
It's raining and pouring, our body is achy.
The weather is cold and wet in the last week, lots of my patients complain about joints ache and skin problem lately.
So I decided to talk about "humidity" today.
Here is a little check list to check if you are "humid" or not.
-Easy to get tired
-Tired even after sleeping
-Feel heavy and don't want to move
-Fair appetite
-Joints ache
-Number 2's, get sticky/watery
- these are only some of the symptoms
What we can do if we got "humid" inside our body?
(1) Home
- Make sure you only open the windows when there is Sun and is dry.
- Dry the clothes in the dryer or under the sun instead of in the garage.
- Don't walk on the cold/wet floor with bare feet.
(2) Diet & Excerise
- Stop having cold, sweet, fatty or deep fried food.
- Eat more Black beans, corn or ginger to help get the dampness out of the body.
- Do more exercise
(3) Cupping
Cupping can help to restore the energy flow and reduced the "humid", and it can indicated your body condition. No mark/ very pale mark means healthy, if there's water inside the cup or dark colour means tired and "humid" inside the body.
